It's a Burrayto! It's Halloween, and Raymond Lam is not one to neglect the holidays. I asked him what he would be for this special day, and he replied in Spanish, which I have not studied for seven years. Apparently, Burraytos are a delicacy in Mexico, and some have paid more than a month's wages just to get a glimpse of this rare treat. If prepared correctly, one foot should be sticking out the bottom of the burrito, and a bespectacled head should be popping out the top.
